Paul Varghese - South India. The Varghese
family own or joint venture in businesses
that include banking, farming, gold ornament,
textile, wood furniture and tile manufacturing.
Paul is a former Managing Director of
a division of the family business with
an education in engineering.
His international experience encompasses;
leading a seven-member delegation team
comprised of significant American, Taiwan
and Indonesian company officials including
a former Under Secretary of US to meet
with the President of Indonesia and other
Cabinet Ministers for the purpose of constructing
a 61 kilometer-long water pipe line.
Chief Administrator of a consortium of
Toyota Tsusho Corporation, Hanoi, Vietnam,
and Ford Bacon & Davis, USA, and a Vietnam
Government Company named Song Da for constructing
a refinery project in Vietnam.
Team leader for delegations conducted
at Lioaning Province in China for different
types of project developments including
Environmental protection programs and
Municipal Waste Management.
Negotiating with China, Cambodia and
India to use a new technology for tire
recycling. Consulting with the Taiwan
Government to supply equipment for clearing
UXO job works.

Robert F. Christian
Sr. Vice President Aviation Activity Project Team Leader / Director
Mr. Christian holds a Master's Degree
in Business Administration. His specialty
is in the organization, design and preparation
of turnkey solutions for flight training
programs, airline operations, aircraft
maintenance and repair operations and
airport certification.
Mr. Christian has a proven track record implementing these programs in the international arena including operations in Holland,
Poland, Turkey, Iraq, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Russia, Armenia, China, Korea and Japan.
A former Vietnam helicopter pilot, Embry Riddle Aeronautical University
instructor, airline chief pilot and director of flight operations,
Bob founded Pacific Island Aviation (PIA), Saipan, Mariana Islands
in 1988. A U.S. flag carrier (14CFR Part 121) international airline,
PIA became a Pacific Island success establishing code-sharing agreements
with Continental and Northwest Airlines.
In 1999, with financial assistance from
Lockheed Martin and OPIC - Overseas Private
Investment Corporation, Bob became the
principal architect and eventual CEO of
Caucasus Airlines, located in Tbilisi,
Republic of Georgia.
He has been a featured speaker at aviation
events including the Japanese Regional
Airline Conference in Tokyo, the ASEAN
Aviation Conference in Phuket Thailand,
Euro money Conference in Moscow and the
International Economic Forum at Stanford
University.

Richard Fortner

Richard is a former Army officer and helicopter pilot. He has over
20 years of military and civil aviation experience and is licensed
as an an Airline Transport Pilot for helicopters and airplanes.
During his military service, he was awarded the American Spirit
Honor Medal by the Citizens Committee for the Army, Navy and Air
Force. While flying helicopters in Vietnam, he was awarded the Distinguished
Flying Cross, the Purple Heart and the Air Medal with 28 Oak Leaf
Clusters. Prior to entering military service, Mr. Fortner attended
college in Pensacola, Florida.

Andrew Harkuscha Vice President Sales - Russian Federation
Andrew lives in New York, providing AEI with marketing and sales support for the Russian speaking market.
For over 30 years Andrew has been providing products and services for friends and colleagues in Russia,
the Russian Federation and the Ukraine
He provides assistance in matters relating to aircraft selection,
pre-purchase inspection, interior and exterior refurbish, engine overhauls,
and often required equipment upgrades to our Russian customers who desire
to purchase pre-owned aircraft.

Paz Pabalinas
Sr. Vice President International Finance
Ms. Pabalinas is a board certified public
accountant (CPA). She has served as the
VP and Chief Financial Officer of a US
Flag Air Carrier (14 CFR 121) and as the
Deputy Director of a state appointed Flag
Carrier in the Republic of Georgia.
She headed the financial team responsible
for developing and subsequently obtaining
aircraft and project financing from Bank
of of America, Lockheed Martin and the
US Government Overseas Private Investment
Corp. (OPIC). Paz has extensive experience
working on international aviation project
financing, having worked in Turkey, Poland,
Ukraine, Holland, The Philippines, Korea
and Japan. She has worked with ABN-AMRO,
IFC, AIG, the World Bank, US EXIM Bank
and EBRD.
Manny Nunez
Aeromedical EMS Training and Certification
Mr. Nunez is a Vietnam War, Navy airborne
veteran. He owns and operates Medical
AirXpress an Aeromedical EMS training
and certification company providing ICAO
certified EMS training for the Latin American
market.
Medical AirXpress was the natural outgrowth
of a program developed by Mr. Nunez in
1982 at the request of the United States
Army to train Army combat medics and his
military medivac experience.
The focus of Medical AirXpress is to
provide standards based airborne EMS training
and equipment certification to the Latin
America market. Courses are taught primarily
in Spanish, on site and during various
domestic and international trade events.
Entities obtaining certification include
the Mexican State Police, the Government
of the Mexican State of Chihuahua, Ecuadorian
Aeropolicia, Colombian Army and Anti narcotics
Police, the Chilean and Bolivian DGAC
and the Venezuelan SAR/INAC.
